We batch post orders weekly on a Weds, Thurs and Fri and do so via Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you’re based within the UK then your order should arrive within 7 days of being placed (please allow longer for bank holidays and over the festive period). If you live outside of the UK we work on a timescale of between 21-28 working days depending on your location. Please let us know if you item has not been delivered within the above mentioned days by using the contact form on the right.
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at Rightsprite.co.uk. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
Rightsprite are passionate and reasonable about the products that are for sale. All images, descriptive matter, specifications are to reach the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. Errors like these are very unusual, and we will always inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
At the moment we are accepting paypal as the main form of payment when purchasing online . Rightsprite will be looking to enable and accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch in the near future. With the physical store that can be found at Jacobs market W Canal Wharf, Cardiff, South Glamorgan CF10 5DB Rightsprite store also accept paypal , cash and related Retro gaming products as trade in value .Online incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. For on-line orders the will only be processed once authorisation of your payment has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for them, and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart.
Rightsprite will send the purchased items they same days that the physical store is open from Thursday to Saturday. If purchased through Monday – Wedneday the goods will be dispatched on the Thursday, Which is the first day the Store in open. In general, parcels go out within one day of receiving cleared payment. Any orders which arrive after Noon on Saturday or over a weekend will go out on the following Thursday. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.
Once Rightsprite have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and parcels usually require a signature. It is very unusual for our parcels to be damaged in transit, or the incorrect good supplied, but if such situations occur, we always refund or replace. On occasion we may require a photo of damage caused in the mail system, so we claim for the damage through postal insurance.
We guarantee all games, handhelds and consoles to be fully working on arrival (unless listed as non-functioning). All the hardware and software we sell, are all tested as working .Generally problems with consoles and computers we sell are very rare, but we do guarantee them for 1 months after receipt. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
As with the nature of used consoles and games our stock ebbs and flows and we’re never sure when an item will make it back in stock! However if you’re after a particular item why not give us a shout. We provide the following guarantees for items sold via rightsprite.co.uk: Games – 7 day guarantee from date of delivery Consoles – 3 months guarantee from date of delivery Accessories – 1 month guarantee from date of delivery. If you item is arrives damaged or becomes faulty under the guarantee period please contact us using the form on the right. >
We only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged then you will be required to fill in a royal mail compensation form to evidence of this. If your item does not work correctly and is still within the guarantee period then please contact us for a full refund. If your item falls outside of the guarantee period then we will not be able to provide you with a refund. Refunds for online orders will be made via paypal and upon the safe return of the item to our returns address and will be made within 7 working days of the return. If your item is faulty faulty of damaged then please let us know using the contact form on the right as it will help us to process a refund.

Yes you can collect your item from us if you wish to order online. Please let us know using the paypal comments and we will reserve the item for you. Upon collection we will refund your postage costs via paypal. You can collect from 1st Floor, Jacobs Antiques Market, West Canal Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 5BN, Thurs to Saturday between 9.30 and 5pm. We do indeed carry out console repairs and maintenance. With more information about the console problem we can provide a full estimate for labour and parts. We work on a minimum hourly rate of £10 for console repairs excluding the cost of parts. Yes we can always provide a hire package for the console of your choice. We only hire on a local basis with pick up and return to and from our shop in Jacobs Antiques Market, Cardiff. We hire for a minimum period of 7 days. The cost of a 7 day hire equates to that of half the cost of a console. To secure the hire you must pay for the full cost of the console and accessories in advance. 50% of this cost will be refunded upon safe return and inspection of the console and accessories.
