Delivery times depend on your location and the size of your order. Right Sprite is based in the UK.

How do I track my order?
All eligible UK orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail tracking service. This also applies to international orders; however, tracking updates may only appear once the parcel has arrived in your destination country.

Your tracking number can be found in the “My Account” section of your purchase. Right Sprite will also provide proof of postage where applicable.

Delivery Charges for Online Orders
Each product listed includes its own postage cost, covering both local and international shipping, as well as packaging.
Shipping prices are based on parcel size and weight categories:

Where can I view my sales receipt?
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an automated confirmation email sent to the email address linked to your payment method.
By creating an account with Right Sprite, you can track your order progress and access your tracking number within the “My Account” section.
You can also contact Right Sprite directly regarding any orders via the contact email address if you need further assistance.
What happens after placing an order?
Your order is immediately received by Right Sprite HQ and is greatly appreciated—your support helps grow the retro gaming community and keep the passion alive.
Each order is carefully processed, with attention to quality and detail. Every purchase contributes to expanding the range of products and recommended upgrades available through the store.

Will you restock items marked as “out of stock”?
Yes—many items will be restocked, particularly newer products such as HDMI adapters, mod kits, and Mega Drive reproduction cartridges.
Customer interest plays an important role in restocking decisions. Leaving reviews or showing interest in specific products helps us prioritise what to bring back in stock.
When it comes to original retro games and consoles, availability is much more limited due to the nature of the retro market. Once these items are sold, they may not always return.
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
We recommend contacting Right Sprite directly via email first. This allows us to review and resolve any issues as quickly as possible before initiating a refund.
If a refund is required, it will be processed securely through our payment provider, Square. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
For partial refunds, the same process applies. The amount returned will reflect the agreed partial value of the order.
You will receive email notifications throughout the process, including confirmation when a refund has been requested and when it has been successfully completed.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a refund has been processed and sent to your card-issuing bank, it may take an additional 2–7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.
In total, refunds can take up to 9–14 working days to be fully completed.
Please note: Payments processed through Square Online are only eligible for refunds within one year of purchase.
Orders and Returns
How long do I have to return an order?
You have up to 1 month from the purchase date to return your item.
To begin a return, please contact Right Sprite via email at rightsprite@gmail.com The return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be confirmed as either faulty or not as described in the product listing.
