    Shopping Information

    How long will delivery take?

    This will depend on where you are located and the size of your order. Right Sprite is based in the UK, Where UK orders can take up to 2-5 days.

    International orders from Europe can take up to 1 – 2 weeks to delivery.
    elsewhere can take up over 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

    Service used :

    • Royal mail 48 tracked – for parcel sized
    • Royal mail 2nd class for large letter sized
    • International standard for over sea purchases.
    How do i track my order?

    All items that are orderd from the UK that are, Small pacel sized and Medium parcel can be tracked via Roaly Mail tracking sevice.

    You will find your tracking number from your purchased item(S) direct on your My account section. Orders that are parcel sized from letter to large letter, will not be able to be tracked. RightSprite do provide a prof of postage if requested.

    Delivery charges for online orders .

    Each product listed has its own postage price that will cover the cost needed for local and international postage and packaging costs.

    These arrange from sizes:

    Letter – up to 100g / Large Letter up to 750g / Small Parcel- up to 2kg/ and Mediam parcel – 20kg.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Immediately after your purchase you will receive an automated confirmation email that is registered to your payment method, after a successful purchase.

    By creating an account with Right Sprite you can keep a track of the progress with a tracking number that will provided there. You can also have direct communication to Right Sprite regarding any orders.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    You order is immediately notified to R.S HQ and appreciated by supporting the retro gaming community and a retro gamers dream. Every order is processed with care and helps this dedicated gaming store grow with more products and recommended goods. Please read on for the postage process.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Yes we will be, that is when it comes to newer products like the HDMI adapters, mod kits, Mega drive Repros for example.
    By leaving reviews and comments direct to your product of interest this will support the number of stock greatly.

    When it comes to original retro video games and consoles. The stock will be limited due to nature of the market.

    Payment Information

    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    Direct contact with Right Sprite via email first is recommended. This is to help towards any matters that can be resolved first. Then the refund process can be initialised.  We are powered by Square payment that will debit the amount of the transactions, and will credit the full purchase amount back to the customer’s card.

    The same process applies for partial refunds. The amount you are debited will be proportional to the partial refund amount requested.

    You will receive email notifications once a refund is requested as well as when a refund is completed.

    Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

    Yes. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another two to seven working days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to the customer’s account. In total it can take 9-14 working days for your customer to receive their refund.

    Payments processed on Square Online are only eligible to refund within one year.

    Orders and Returns

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You will have 1 month from the purchase date to return the item. The return postal address will be given by contacting Right Sprite via email at game@rightsprite.co.uk. For a full refund, the product will have to be proven that it is not in working order or not as described as in the product listing.

    Can i make RightSprite a better retro gaming store ?
